Executive Summary
The European Commission's EWP Champions initiative needed a comprehensive testimonial video library documenting participant perspectives during a two-day event at the University of Warsaw. Working within a compressed timeline, we delivered 15+ videos including four long-form testimonials, social media cutdowns, short interviews, and event documentation. The production required capturing high-quality content in 15-minute interview slots while maintaining visual consistency across all deliverables for EC communication channels.
Digital Bunch Solution
We created a complete production system covering filming, direction, and post-production. Our team established a controlled interview environment with consistent lighting and framing, guided speakers for confident on-camera delivery, and captured B-roll footage throughout both event days. Post-production included editing, color grading, subtitles, and a custom revision tracker that kept 15+ deliverables organized across multiple feedback rounds. The result was a cohesive video suite matching EC and EWP brand guidelines.
Our goal was to capture authentic testimonials that feel cohesive and professional despite a compressed two-day timeline and 15+ deliverables.

Testimonial videos must feel authentic yet meet production standards. The key difference between compelling and forgettable testimonials is the speaker's comfort on camera.
Understanding what really mattered for EWP Champions
The EWP Champions event brought together programme participants for two days at the University of Warsaw. The European Commission needed video content capturing these perspectives for YouTube, social media, and internal presentations. The challenge was producing broadcast-quality testimonials at scale within a window that typically accommodates a fraction of this output.
Challenge
Recording 15+ videos within two days while maintaining consistent lighting and composition across dozens of interviews. Each speaker had only a 15-minute slot. Equipment required university security clearance. The busy event environment created constant logistical pressure. All deliverables needed to match EC brand guidelines and work across multiple communication formats.
Solution
We established a dedicated interview room with full control over lighting, audio, and backdrop. Tight scheduling workflows ensured smooth participant transitions. On-set direction helped speakers feel comfortable and deliver clearly. A custom post-production tracker organized every video's status, feedback round, and change request across 15+ deliverables. Parallel editing workflows allowed us to deliver long-form testimonials and social cuts simultaneously.

Paola Kadyszewska
Creative Producer
The difference between testimonial content that gets watched and content that gets skipped comes down to authenticity. When speakers feel comfortable, their message lands. Our job is creating the conditions where that comfort happens naturally, even when we're filming 15 people in two days."

Document TestimonialsOur goal was to capture authentic testimonials that resonate with viewers while maintaining production quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
Controlled Production Environment
We established a dedicated interview room separate from the main event, giving us full control over lighting, audio, and backdrop. This separation from the busy university environment eliminated distractions and created a calm atmosphere where speakers could focus. The consistent setup meant every testimonial matched visually, creating cohesion across the entire library regardless of when each interview was filmed.
Speaker Comfort and Delivery
Testimonial videos succeed when speakers forget they're being filmed, so our on-set direction focused on helping participants feel at ease before cameras rolled. We guided framing, eye contact, and pacing without scripting responses, allowing authentic moments to emerge naturally. Each speaker arrived with varying confidence levels on camera but left having delivered their message clearly and with conviction.
Multi-Format Architecture
Each testimonial was designed from the start to work across multiple platforms and attention spans. Full three-minute interviews deliver the depth needed for YouTube and internal presentations while one-minute social cuts isolate single key messages for platform engagement. This dual structure meant we edited with both formats in mind simultaneously rather than retrofitting content for different channels.
Transparent Revision Management
Our custom tracking system organized every video's status, feedback round, and change request across all deliverables in one centralized view. Multiple EC reviewers could follow progress with full clarity, leave comments in context, and see exactly where each video stood in the approval pipeline. This prevented the miscommunication and version confusion that typically derails high-volume projects with multiple stakeholders.

The production delivered a content library ready for use. Long-form videos provide depth for presentations. Social cuts deliver quick impact for engagement. Event documentation captures programme energy. Raw footage gives flexibility for future needs.
Looking Forward: A Foundation for Future Communication
The raw footage delivered alongside final edits gives the European Commission flexibility for future editorial needs beyond the current video suite. As EWP Champions continues to communicate programme impact, the testimonial library and event documentation provide ready-to-use content that can be repurposed, re-edited, or expanded. The production workflow and revision tracking system we established demonstrated how high-volume video projects can run smoothly, and we hope this collaboration opens the door to supporting future EC communication initiatives.

Our approach delivered a cohesive video suite capturing authentic voices while meeting standards.
