Executive Summary
When Opus founder, Naif Alwehaiby came to Digital Bunch, he carried six years of frustration. His vision was clear: create a platform that connects job seekers with opportunities near their homes. The execution, however, had eluded multiple development teams. In just three months, we transformed his struggling project into a thriving platform that exceeded every investor expectation and launched Opus on the Saudi market.
Digital Bunch Solution
We partner with founders to unlock trapped value and transform stalled ideas into thriving digital platforms. From strategy and UX to full-stack development and brand identity, our integrated approach builds businesses, not just products. In record time, we’ve helped startups achieve rapid growth, investor confidence, and market leadership by aligning design, tech, and business goals into one seamless execution.
Our partnership with Opus began with workshop sessions where Naif, the founder, shared his vision with us: help thousands of Saudi workers find jobs closer to home.

Every breakthrough platform starts with understanding what really drives success: the unique convergence of market timing, user needs, and business realities that make or break digital ventures.
Understanding what really mattered for Opus
Naif had to launch free to build a user base, but investors demanded a clear path to revenue. He needed monetization ready to activate without killing adoption.
Challange
The classic startup dilemma: free features drive adoption, but the business needs revenue. Launching with paid features and stalls growth. Launching free with no monetization plan loses investors confidence.
Solution
We designed premium features such as job boosting, AI candidate reviews, and an AI-powered CV builder to be built-in but dormant. When the user base justified it, monetization activated seamlessly—projected stable revenue in Q2 2026, profitability by Q1 2027.
How We Transform Ideas into Seamless Experiences

We uncovered a major gap in the Saudi hiring landscape: platforms weren't connecting people with jobs near their homes. By identifying this pain point, we built a business-first roadmap that balanced user needs, employer goals, and investor expectations.

UX/UI Designer
The breakthrough moment was realizing that in Saudi Arabia's mobile-first market, location wasn't just a feature - it had to be the organizing principle of the entire experience. Once we mapped the user journey around proximity rather than traditional job categories, everything clicked. The interface, the employer dashboard, the whole flow - it all served this core insight about how people actually think about work and life.
The Business Impact: Value Creation at Scale
For Opus, the transformation meant more than user growth. The company's valuation increased from 12.4 million to 31.3 million SAR in just one year. Premium features set to launch in Q4 2025 project revenue of 705,000 SAR, with profitability expected by Q1 2027.
For employers using the platform, the impact was immediate. Turki Alenazi from 1Noos reported that Opus "cut the time and costs for our hiring team." Even The Digital Bunch became a client, using Opus to build our Saudi team after experiencing firsthand how effectively it delivered quality candidates.
The platform's success attracted strategic investors eager to join Opus's journey. With proven traction and clear monetization paths, the company shifted from seeking survival funding to choosing growth partners.

The Visual Language That Brought Opus to Life
Creating a job platform for Saudi Arabia required visual elements that felt authentically local. Our custom 3D icon system became the signature element that unified Opus across every touchpoint.
We developed 3D icons and micro-animations featuring people in traditional Saudi dress alongside universal workplace symbols. This created immediate cultural recognition while the subtle animations guided users through key actions, making the platform feel intuitive and engaging.
The visual system proved incredibly versatile, working seamlessly from mobile app to investor presentations. Marketing materials gained instant recognition through these distinctive elements, building brand consistency that generic competitors couldn't match.
When users first saw Opus, they immediately understood this was a platform built specifically for them. Not a generic solution dressed up with Arabic text.

Our goal was to ensure clear, impactful communication that resonates with the right target audience, delivering messages in a way that captures attention and inspires action.
User Research & Empathy Mapping
We began with in-depth research into the daily challenges of Saudi job seekers and employers. Long commutes, fragmented hiring processes, and poor platform usability shaped the core pain points. By mapping user emotions and expectations, we built empathy-driven insights that guided every design and development decision.
UX/UI Audit & Problem Identification
Opus had suffered from years of misaligned development. The existing experience was cluttered, unintuitive, and was not ready to be launched. Our audit revealed the biggest obstacles: frustrating bugs, inefficient multi-location job postings, and a broken user flow. These findings became the blueprint for transformation.
Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Directio
Armed with research, we validated the market’s appetite for location-based job discovery. Data showed that businesses with multiple branches struggled to manage hiring efficiently. We translated these insights into a clear strategy—build a scalable platform that prioritizes local discovery, simplifies employer workflows, and supports long-term monetization.
Concept Development & Prototyping
Our team translated strategy into tangible solutions. Through rapid prototyping, we tested map-based navigation, streamlined posting flows, and bilingual interfaces. Each iteration was validated with real users to ensure clarity and usability. By the time development began, the concept had evolved into a tested, scalable blueprint ready for launch.

The story of Opus is ultimately about unlocking trapped value. The vision was always sound. The market need was always real. It just needed the right team to connect the dots and build something that actually worked. Not just technically, but as a business.
Staying Ahead Through Strategic Development
Building the platform was just the beginning. With our product-oriented team continuing to guide development, Opus maintains its competitive edge through strategic monthly feature rollouts. Having designers, developers, and strategists who understand the Saudi market intimately means new features aren't just technically sound; they're culturally relevant and business-driven.
This ongoing partnership ensures Opus evolves faster than competitors can copy. While others scramble to replicate existing features, we're already testing the next breakthrough that will define location-based hiring in Saudi Arabia.

Digital Bunch helped to make Opus a market leader, proving expertise plus user understanding creates breakthrough results.
