Executive Summary

Haifa Properties launched in Riyadh in 2024 with an ambitious offer spanning brokerage, property management, leasing, valuation, and AI-powered digital solutions. Their existing brand couldn't carry that weight. Digital Bunch delivered a full rebrand and website: a new visual identity built around commercial-scale real estate, a pattern system, 3D renders, animations, and a complete suite of marketing collaterals. The result is a brand now actively managing over 70 properties and marketing more than 80 across Saudi Arabia.

Digital Bunch Solution

We approached Haifa Properties as a brand-building challenge, working from identity through to digital execution. The new logo uses the letter H to evoke a commercial skyline, deliberately stepping away from the residential visual language common in the category. A Saudi green and lime palette gave the brand a fresh, recognizable presence. From there, we built outward: a geometric pattern system, 3D architectural renders, motion assets, business cards with Arabic translations, LinkedIn collaterals, and a fully designed and developed website.

Haifa Properties needed a brand and digital presence strong enough to match their market positioning and support commercial growth across Saudi Arabia.

INSIGHT - INSIGHT - INSIGHT - INSIGHT -

Real estate brands in the region default to residential visual language, rooftops, arches, and safe greens, regardless of the scale they actually operate at. The firms working at a commercial level rarely look the part, and that gap costs them credibility before a conversation even begins.

Understanding what really mattered for Haifa Properties

Haifa Properties had the services, the licensing, and the market presence to compete at the top of Riyadh's real estate sector. What they lacked was a brand capable of communicating that.

Challenge

The existing identity leaned on generic real estate conventions that made no distinction between a residential broker and a full-service commercial operator. For a firm offering everything from property management to AI-powered digital solutions, this created a credibility gap with the professional and institutional clients they were actively targeting.

Solution

Digital Bunch rebuilt the brand from the ground up. The logo, color system, pattern language, and digital presence were all designed around one positioning: a firm operating at commercial scale, in the Saudi market, with a modern and technology-forward outlook. Every element, from the H-mark skyline logo to the lime accent color, was a deliberate departure from category defaults.

Our Unique Approach: Identity as Infrastructure

For Haifa Properties, the brand wasn't decoration. It was the first thing prospective clients, partners, and agents would encounter, and it needed to do real work.

We began by understanding who Haifa actually serves: property owners and investors, expatriates, developers handing over completed units, and Saudi nationals managing investment assets. That audience expects professionalism, clarity, and local authority. The brand needed to communicate all of that from day one.

Our design process centered on differentiation within the category. The letter H logo was developed to suggest a commercial skyline rather than a residential rooftop. The Saudi green base retained cultural familiarity while the lime accent gave the palette a freshness the category lacks. The geometric pattern added a layer of sophistication that carried through from digital to print.

The website brought all of it together, positioning Haifa as a technology-forward operator with an immersive, well-structured digital home for their full service offer, including a professional listing system built to present their portfolio with clarity and scale.

How We Transform Ideas Into Seamless Experiences

We mapped Haifa's competitive position within Riyadh's real estate market, identifying the visual and messaging conventions that dominated the category and defining where the brand needed to stand apart. That research shaped every creative decision that followed.

Project Manager

What made this project rewarding was how clearly Haifa Properties knew who they wanted to become. Our job was to build the visual and digital infrastructure to get them there. Seeing the brand go live with a presence that genuinely reflects their ambition in the Saudi market, that's the outcome we work toward on every project.

Success Factors

Our goal was to build a brand and digital presence that gave Haifa Properties the credibility, visual distinction, and functional infrastructure to compete at the top of Riyadh's real estate market from day one.

Commercial Positioning Through Visual Language

The H-mark logo was designed to read as a skyline of offices and towers rather than a residential symbol. This single decision reframed Haifa's visual identity around the clients and assets they actually work with, establishing immediate credibility in the commercial sector.

A Color System Built for the Market

Saudi green anchored the palette in cultural familiarity. The lime accent introduced a freshness and modernity that set the brand apart from competitors relying on conventional tones. Together they created a palette that is recognizable, professional, and wholly owned by the brand.

Collateral Built for Bilingual Audiences

Business cards, LinkedIn assets, and social media materials were developed with Arabic translations from the outset. This ensured the brand operated with equal consistency across both languages, reflecting the diversity of Haifa's client base.

A Website That Works as Hard as the Brand

The digital presence was built to serve property owners, investors, agents, and buyers from a single coherent platform. With 3D renders, animations, and a structured service architecture, the website functions as the primary business development tool for a firm that positions technology as a core differentiator.

Project Outcome

Managing over 70 properties and marketing more than 80 across Saudi Arabia, with a brand and website strong enough to support that scale and attract professional and institutional clients.

Looking Forward: A Foundation for Growth

The brand and digital infrastructure delivered for Haifa Properties was built to scale. As the firm expands its portfolio and deepens its technology offer, the identity, website, and collateral system are all positioned to grow with it. Digital Bunch remains a partner in that journey.

Honestly, the result exceeded what we imagined. The brand feels like us, modern, serious, built for the market we're in. The website gave us something we never had before, a professional platform that actually reflects the scale of what we do and opens the right conversations with the right people.
